Home Renovations
Bring a fresh perspective to the home you already know. Update tired surfaces, finish rooms in progress, and bring the interior closer to the way you want to live.
Keep what you love.
Improve what needs attention.
A renovation can begin with one room that no longer feels right. Worn surfaces, unfinished areas, or changes elsewhere in the home can all be reasons to revisit the interior.
360 Commercial Interiors offers residential renovation services rooted in drywall and interior finishing. Share what you want to change so we can review the work, the existing conditions, and how it fits your broader plans.
Bring the interior back together.
Whether the project centers on a single room or connects several spaces, a clear scope helps identify the work and the finish you want to achieve.
Walls & ceilings
Review drywall replacement, repairs, and finishing needs as part of your renovation. Include damaged areas and surfaces affected by other planned work.
Surface & texture updates
Discuss the appearance you want for existing walls and ceilings, from a different texture to a smooth finish suited to the room and its planned decoration.
Unfinished interior spaces
Bring the plans for rooms that still need drywall and finish work. Existing framing, ceiling details, and the intended use help define the next steps.
Connections between old & new
Give attention to the edges of the renovation: where new surfaces meet retained walls, doorways, ceilings, and surrounding rooms.
The existing details deserve a place in the plan.
Renovating an existing home means thinking about what stays as well as what changes. Trim, flooring, nearby rooms, and household routines all help shape the project.
Show us the surfaces you want updated and the features you want to retain. We can discuss the interior work with those connections and access needs in mind.

You may have complete drawings or simply a list of rooms that need attention. Bring the information you have, along with your priorities for the space.
The rooms & existing conditions
Include photos, approximate dimensions, ceiling heights, and a description of the surfaces involved. Identify any known damage or unfinished work.
The look you want
Share reference images, drawings, texture preferences, and finish specifications. Note where the new work needs to relate to existing rooms.
The broader project
Let us know if a builder, designer, or other contractors are involved. Clear responsibilities help define the interior scope and its place in the schedule.
Life during the renovation
Tell us whether the home will be occupied, which rooms need to remain accessible, and your preferred timing. Include furniture, storage, and access considerations.
A few things to know.
Every existing home brings its own conditions. The first conversation helps clarify what your project needs.
Can I start with just one room?
Yes. Send photos, approximate dimensions, and a description of the work you want completed. We can review a focused room update as well as interior work within a larger renovation.
Do I need drawings before contacting you?
Not for an initial conversation. Photos, measurements, and a clear description are useful starting points. The scope will determine what additional drawings or specifications are needed.
Can you review a change from textured to smooth surfaces?
Yes. Share photos of the current texture, the areas involved, and the finish you want. Existing coatings and surface conditions need to be reviewed before the preparation approach is confirmed.
Can we live in the home during the work?
That depends on the rooms involved and the scope. Let us know which areas you need to use so access, work areas, and possible phasing can be discussed before scheduling.
What if the project includes work by other contractors?
Include that information with your inquiry. Share the overall plans, project contacts, and responsibilities so the drywall and finishing work can be reviewed in the right sequence.
What should I send to discuss an estimate?
Send your address, photos, approximate room sizes, a list of the requested changes, and your preferred timing. Drawings and selected finishes are helpful when available.
